Three houses are designed in Observatory, looking east over the local sports field. The houses are one space wide, with elevations facing the street and Table Mountain respectively. A central winding stair is the primary circulation, linking parking, studio at ground, living and kitchen above, as well as three bedrooms and top deck.

Construction to commence 2025
