Two square office buildings with central courtyards are linked by a common entrance and meeting facility. Floors are open plan with stair towers  placed on each corner.

The facades have deeply set bands of windows, with planters outside each window.  Facades are clad in white precast concrete panels to offset the greenery. The north facades look out over a grassed sports oval. The blocks were intended to be models for the development of further corporate headquarters within the park.

The complex accommodated the Deciduous Fruit Board and the Langeberg Cooperative. There
