Glazed sunscreens face the two main streets of the town, facades to offices which float over parking decks above a conference facility and two levels of shops, entered from the streets. The form is a response to the narrow site bridging the block and orientation to the sun. The patterned brick facades bring texture and scaled detail to pedestrian level.

Completion 2015.
